We are not selling you a specific product. First we assess the situation and give you an honest, business-oriented answer on whether AI is worth introducing — and if so, where.
A brief but thorough assessment
- Workshop and interviews with key stakeholders (management, process owners)
- Review of the most important document types and processes
- Mapping where time is lost and errors occur
- Basic GDPR and AI Act risk assessment
- Written summary in business language: priorities, estimated time and cost impact, recommended next step (if any)
What you will NOT receive: a technology solution pushed onto you. The assessment may conclude that AI is not worth implementing right now — we will say so if that is the case.

We apply in our consulting the same principle you would expect from a trustworthy AI system: every finding is traceable, every recommendation is justified, and we do not tie you to a specific technology solution in advance.
How we work
- Consultation — a short 30-minute introductory call to understand your situation
- Assessment — workshop and document review (typically 3–10 working days, depending on company size)
- Report — written summary and recommendation in business language
- Decision stays with you — based on the report, you decide whether it makes sense to continue, and in which direction
